Order Cancellations
At Aqua Antibiotics, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality fish antibiotics and treatments. However, we understand that circumstances may require you to cancel an order. Please review our cancellation policy below:
1. Cancellation Before Shipment
- Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
- If the order has not been processed or shipped, we will issue a full refund immediately.

2. Cancellation After Shipment
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may be eligible for a return following our Return Policy.
- If you refuse the package upon delivery, return shipping fees may be deducted from your refund.
Subscription Cancellations (If applicable)
- Customers can cancel subscriptions before the next billing cycle to avoid additional charges.
- No refunds will be issued for partially used subscription periods.
Custom or Special Orders
- Custom orders and special requests are non-refundable and cannot be canceled once processing has begun.
Refund Processing
- Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- Transaction fees (if applicable) may be deducted from the refund.
